Where We Serve

Ten Texas cities, ten real pages — because the permit office, the utility and the storm history change every time you cross a city line.

Free Inspection - Call Us

We build a real page for every city we work in — because a roof in Denton and a roof in Austin are not the same job.

Different permit offices. Different electric utilities. Different storm histories, different housing stock, different rules about who is even allowed to pull the permit. A contractor who hands you the same page for all ten cities is telling you something about how well they know any of them.

Pick your city below. Every page has that city’s actual hail record, its actual permit requirements and fees, the neighborhoods we work in, and what solar really costs there.

Central Texas

A different storm pattern, a different permit rulebook, and the only market on our list with a city-owned electric utility writing solar rebate checks.

What’s actually different city to city

These are not cosmetic differences. Each one changes what your job costs, how long it takes, or what you can claim:

  • Permits Required in 7 of 10 — and Denton won’t let a homeowner pull one at all
  • Permit fees $0 to $200, set city by city
  • Electric utility Oncor, Austin Energy, or Denton Municipal — three different solar programs
  • Solar rebate $4,000 in Austin. Nothing comparable anywhere else on this list
  • Buyback rate 9.91¢/kWh in Austin vs 5¢ in Denton — that’s the whole payback model
  • Median roof age 1986 in Irving, 2007 in McKinney — opposite conversations

Texas does not license roofing contractors at the state level, so every one of these rules is municipal. Knowing them is the job.

Don’t see your city?

These ten are where we work most often, not the edge of our map. We regularly work in Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Coppell, Carrollton, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, Richardson, Wylie, Burleson, Midlothian, Keller, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Georgetown, among others.

Call us and ask. If we don’t serve your address we’ll tell you that instead of driving out to sell you something.
